Comprehensive Family Care (CFC Mental Health) is a Mental Health Outpatient Clinic in Conyers, GA, serving individuals, couples, and families throughout Georgia. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our dedicated clinical team.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $55,000 – $75,000 per year (commensurate with experience)

About the Role
As an LPC at CFC, you will provide high-quality outpatient mental health services including individual, couples, family, and group therapy. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team and have the opportunity to serve clients both in-person at our Conyers, GA office and via telehealth throughout Georgia.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and agency standards
Collaborate with psychiatrists, primary care physicians, schools, and other community partners
Manage a caseload of 20–25 clients per week
Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development
Coordinate care and referrals as needed to ensure comprehensive client support
Required Qualifications
Active Georgia Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in good standing
Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
Minimum of 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience in an outpatient or community mental health setting
Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or Mindfulness-Based Therapy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with diverse populations including children, adolescents, veterans, and LGBTQ+ individuals
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates strongly encouraged to apply
Experience with telehealth platforms
Familiarity with insurance billing and managed care requirements
Existing CAQH profile and credentialing with major insurance panels
